When you first join our programme, we run you through our science-based behavioural assessment. This looks at your metabolism, history of dieting, behaviours around food (such as food guilt), and mental approach (such as self-sabotage).

Your behavioural assessment provides an extremely accurate picture of the habits that are most impactful for reaching your goals. Together with your coach, you'll discuss what you're willing, ready and able to work on.
We then put this into an action plan, with a list of the exact steps to take each day to get you to your goals as efficiently as possible.
