Seven years ago, I couldn't bend over to tie my shoelaces. After struggling with weight all my life, I knew what to do, but I couldn't do it.
Until 7 years ago when we had our first child.
I lost 35kg and kept it off. All while working as a director in a high-pressure career.
Inspired to help others do the same, I became a nutritionist and resigned at the height of my corporate career to coach other dads just like me.
